NCSOFT (KRX: 036570) is one of the leading gaming publishers in the world, known for its critically acclaimed franchises such as Guild Wars, Lineage, Aion, and Blade & Soul. • Led, developed and managed the finance & accounting functions for all NCSOFT Western legal entities in the US & Europe, including budgeting / forecasting / analysis, cash & treasury management, financial controls & reporting, quarterly / annual audits, international tax structure, returns & filings, transfer pricing and other intercompany agreements • Raised capital contributions from parent company in Korea to support development & publishing of new IP and satisfy outstanding debt • Established new intercompany agreements with Korea HQ to provide further cash stability for Western operations • Conducted diligence on external acquisition and publishing opportunities, providing financial structure & terms for all proposed agreements • Prepared and presented NCSOFT West company performance at quarterly All-Hands Meetings and annual finance leadership reviews in Korea HQ • Supervised a team of 15 finance & accounting professionals across the U.S. & Europe
