Responsible for human resources, office administration, and strategic operations planning for overseas subsidiaries in Europe, Africa, America, the Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia; working with local HR teams to develop and optimize overseas personnel management systems and office operations management; enhancing overseas employee productivity; and contributing to the achievement of corporate goals.

1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across the internet, smart manufacturing, new energy, semiconductor, automotive, and ICT industries in overseas markets and East China, encompassing client operations, demand analysis, recruitment planning, talent sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, background verification, onboarding, and probation tracking. 2. Lead business development for key accounts in overseas and East China regions, including opportunity prospecting, contract negotiation and execution, project management, and payment collection. 3. Conduct market research for the internet, smart manufacturing, new energy, semiconductor, automotive, and ICT sectors, delivering industry/competitor analyses, customized position benchmarks, compensation & benefits studies, and talent mapping. 4. Manage a 20+ member team, overseeing recruitment, training, system development, and accountability for team performance objectives. 5. Drive C-end data strategy and collaborate with operations to establish private domain ecosystems.
