Provided continuously updated in-class notes to students who had disabilities preventing them from obtaining those notes.

Completed 60-70 phone calls and collected $6,000-$7,000 per day, which resulted in ~50% above the standard requirements for each employee. Processed live payments and arranged payment plans for Comcast Cable customers. Gained the ability to apply appropriate criteria to strategies and action plans.

* Analyzed historical cycle times and determined variances from standards using a value stream map. Results identified previously unknown bottleneck processes in generator material flow. *  * Increased the utilized floor space in large machining area by 76%. Used lean strategies and efforts to reduce 115 square feet of space to 27 square feet. *  * Designed and implemented a new tool holder in large machining area. Top priorities regarding the design were safety and efficiency. *  * Researched and compared handbook steam turbine labor hours between different years to identify labor trends for future processes. Identified a 24% decrease in labor hours from 2005-2014 across all models. * Producing "should costs" for steam turbine adjustable fixtures.

Operated a 40 foot, 20 ton Gillig Low Floor transit bus around campus. Trained newly hired drives on how to properly operate transit buses. All trainees have passed their Commercial Driver’s License Test (CDL) on the first attempt. Passed the Class B CDL Test, with A/P Endorsements.
