Managed the IT group of 8 programmers and at times an Operations department of two. Worked with the IT team to designed the majority of the data structures and system architecture for 3day Blinds. Conversion of AP, AR to Great Plains. Architected custom manufacturing and POS systems which interfaced with Great Plains.

Web Master for both GMC Mortgage and Ditech.com. Managed a group of 4 to make all changes to COM and web applications for these sites Sole person in charge of taking the raw XML data from the website and putting it in the mortgage system in Oracle Interviewed 120 people and hired over 40 in a 5 month period

Analyzed COBOL and SBT system and replaced with Platinum Software running on MSQL 6.5 Creating customer inquiry system for customer service to answer questions on orders, shipments, invoices or returns. Entry and search screens all created on an Intranet. Combined all order information from several different systems to create one financial report.
