Responsible for the performance of the East Zone through recruiting, developing, and managing top direct and distributor sales talent.

Responsible for developing and executing a challenging sales plan in the Southern Ohio territory to the automotive industry and it's tier suppliers; work closely with customers on process optimization; actively support local distributor with Atlas Copco products and services.

Actively seeks targets and initiates contact with potential customers. Builds partnering relationships with customers, potential customers, and internal customers. Works with customer to develop a solution that fits their HVAC/Building Automation System problem. Ensures high customer satisfaction.

Ensure smooth daily operations, work with customers to improve satisfaction, achieves monthly collection as well as billing goals, supports office and field teams to provide best possible service for customers.

Gather, study, and evaluate data to assist project manager in evaluation of mechanical systems at a chemical plant. The study will evaluate energy usage and operational issues allowing the plant to determine capital budgets needed to improve the mechanical systems and capture savings to fund the improvements.

Recruited and trained 25 new members with a 100% retention rate; emphasizing involvement, leadership, accountability and integrity

Creatively organized fundraising events to raise $2,500 for Easter Seals

Created many events for recruitment and aided with increasing three new membership pledge classes for a total of 42 men

Developed and successfully implemented plans to raise money for my chapter

Responsible for attracting new business through direct sales and marketing. Received over 120 hours of professional sales training throughout the summer.

I was in charge of organizing events to develop brotherhood bonds between members, as well as getting the members to attend the events.
