* Perform electrical repairs on equipment with a heavy emphasis on Maintenance * Reliability. * Perform routine electrical repair projects and preventative maintenance on * production equipment such as breaker boxes, motor leads and lighting fixtures. * Assist in the installation and wiring of new/modified electrical equipment. * Monitor plant motors and starters, checking for hot spots and completing required * reports. * Select, install and pull wiring to required equipment locations; making * connections, testing circuitry and performing related installation processes of low * and medium voltage to 4160V. * Maintain accurate and thorough inventory of electrical parts and related manuals. * Perform instrumentation work. * Install, maintain and repair plant mechanical, pneumatic and 480-volt electrical * equipment.

* Troubleshoot and repair submersible. (I.e. fuel pumps, tank gauges, flow meters, oil pumps, air compressors, and automotive lifts) * Clean inside of fuel tanks using confines space training. * Assist construction department with construction of bulk fuel plants, and retail service station. * Installed conduit, pulled wire, and terminated various electrical devices. * Operated man lift, rough terrain fork lifts, and scissor lift.

* Construction of underground duct banks. * Installation of rigid conduit, bending various angles, ninety’s offset, saddles, cutting and treading pipe. * Setting up and pulling wire to equipment. * Terminating of various electrical equipment (I.e. lighting, motor, transformers, switch gear, pull switches, and stop switches) * Obtained 3M Medium Voltage Cold Shrink Certificate. * Operated man lifts, rough terrain fork lifts, and scissor lifts.

* Actively participates and supports safety programs. * Initially screen job requests for completeness, accuracy, and necessity. Perform * regular analysis of backlog work relative to available resources. * Develop detailed job plans identifying safety and environmental issues, labor * hours, crafts skills, crew size, operations, task sequence, materials, special tools, * and equipment access requirements. Determines required skill sets for each * task (craft and skill level). Determines the best method for job performance (the * best way to do it) * Complete analysis of job requirements to determine the best way to accomplish * the work. Analysis can include conferring with requestors, clarifying requests * and refining descriptions, visualizing job execution and outlining requirements. * Coordinate job scheduling and coordination with Production through structured * meetings designed to reach accord regarding most important jobs to be * scheduled during the approaching schedule week. * Responsible for maintaining accurate records of electrical maintenance within Maximo.

* Responsible for ensuring proper execution of scheduled maintenance work as * planned by the Electrical Planner. * Supervises the day to day activities of I/E Technicians. * Acts as a liaison between Production and I/E department. * Ensures that all PPE and GMP rules are being followed while work is being * performed. * Plans department work with the Leads and Planners to include pre-loading of * estimated work order hours, using PM, Corrective Maintenance, Projects, and * other work request lists. * Work with production to prioritize required repair work and to ensure that the * procedures for monitoring equipment meet the needs of the company. * Coach employees in the areas of job performance, attendance, safety and other related * appraisal criteria.

* Installation of aluminum conduit, bending various angles, ninety’s offset, saddles, cutting and threading of pipe. * Setting up and pulling wire to equipment. * Terminating of various electrical equipment. (I.e. lighting, motors, start/stop switches, transformers, switch gear, pull switch, e-stop switches, set up and calibrated transmitters for instrumentation.) * Operated man lifts, rough terrain forklift and scissor lifts.
