* I was assign as millwright/mechanical fitter my duties are: ERECTION AND INSTALATION of, * CONVEYOR ALONG THE WHARF AREA. * CONVEYORS ALONG THE SHORE TO COAL STOCK YARD AREA. * ERECTION OF LAMELLA ON THE WATER TREATMENT AREA * tanks , vessels , pumps & motors ) * GERDER * MODIFICATIONS & FABRICATIONS (along conveyor area) * CHIPPING OF FOUNDATIONS ( conveyor foundations ) * LAY OUTING * INSTALLATION OF PACKER PLATES * CENTERING & LEVELING * PRELIMINARY & FINAL ALIGNMENT * Alignments of pumps and motors a(vertical & horizontal) * Belts tensioning/belt drive motor and pumps * Pipe Stressing * structural and mechanical modification in water treatment area.

My duties are ERECTION AND INSTALATION OF : * Vessels * Vertical mill * Tanks * agitators / tank agitators * Pumps & motors * all mechanical equipt/ static o rotary * Ducting's * Conveyors * CHIPPING OF FOUNDATIONS * LAY OUTING * INSTALLATION OF PACKER PLATES * CENTERING & LEVELING * PRELIMINARY & FINAL ALIGNMENT in all areas of the plant: * Alignments of pumps and motors a (vertical & horizontal) * Belts tensioning/belt drive motor and pumps * Pipe Stressing * Assist also the QA/QC for inspection of equipments after final alignment,plumbness prior to grouting. * I was assign also as expediter my duties: * provide drawings to the foreman before equipments installation. * documentation work of equipments and materials prior to deliver in site. * checkings of materials needed in the site. * check the availability of equipments and deliver it in areas need to install. * check also equipments prior to deband,remove from crate and report of any missing parts.

* Assign in Rotating Dept. * Direct report to supervisor. * Responsible in any OTP( operating test procedure) with the client, contractor and maintenance on all rotating equiptment in plant. * checking of equiptment prior to start up. * check mechanical seal if the rotating part are free, locked should be unlocked or removed. * check buffer fluids/gas are in correct pressure,as per required by manufacturer on DE&NDE * check cooling system,the temperature & pressure. * Responsible in any Preventive Maintenance( greasing, top up oil, change oil,checking of equip. etc.) * Check correct level of oil and color. * Check amount of grease,level. * Responsible in dismantling of any damage equipment,changing any damage parts & Assembly (bearing, mechanical seal,any parts need to be replace.)as per notification by operation. * Checking alignment of equipment, * Insuring equipment are in good condition. * Reporting any unnecessary condition of equipment to sup v.
