* Group 101 & Division support: * Responsible for being lead financial analyst for all programs within Group 101. * Perform all other day to day group responsibilities listed below under Group 103. * Took over as the primary financial POC for all RRTO funded programs at the lab. * Responsible for Line & Allocated and MIP/NIP reporting for Divisions 10 & 4. * Assisted in rolling out new excel planning tools to the division. * Group 103: * Responsible for being lead financial analyst on 17+ programs totaling over $20m yearly. * Maintain and report program financials to Group Leaders, Division, and Sponsors. * Ensure labor allocations are correct and that the programs stay on budget. * Prepare proposal packages in a timely manner. * Responsible for supervising and performing reviews of support staff. * Perform various other tasks such as EHS representative, property and space issues, GFE equipment, shopping carts, and timesheet approvals. * Create and implement new tools to streamline processes and assist decision makers.

* Sr. Financial Analyst: * Responsible for being the lead analyst on a $60m dollar program * Maintain and report program financials to customers and management * Ensure program stays within budget and on schedule * Provide key analysis to upper management * Participate in proposal activity to ensure program growth * Perform monthly variance analysis of the program financials * Interact with FP&A to provide key program metrics to corporate * Manage wInsight database for over 25 users in the program area * Sr. Budget Analyst: * Responsible for Cash Flow and Balance Sheet forecasting with the FP&A group * Act as intermediary between the Divisions and Corporate Headquarters * Participate in financial planning process, such as Annual Operating Plan and Five Year Plan * Provide Corporate Headquarters and Divisions with key cash flow analysis.

* Responsible for managing a $41m budget for the Information Services Department and reporting directly to the Assistant Director (COO) of the Laboratory. * Provide monthly forecasts & variance analysis to management. * Create and distribute the department Annual Operating Plan * Supervise a finance team * Responsible for space planning, service provider updates, and EHS proceedures. * Create and improve administrative processes within the department. * Act as the POC for all Human Resource activities within the department. * Assist in hiring, terminations, promotions as well as all other HR actions.

* Responsible for managing a $110m funding portfolio for the Division and reporting directly to the Assistant Director (COO) of the Laboratory * Manage the operations of the Division including funding, sponsor relations, HR activities as well as the Business Manager Team * Monitor and report funding and expenditures * Create and distribute the annual and five year plan * Supervise a team consisting of Business Manager and Administrative Assistants * Create and improve administrative processes within the division * Act as the POC for all Human Resource activities within the division * Assist in hiring, terminations, promotions as well as all other HR actions
