As Assistant Dean and faculty in the Applied Ethics Institute at St. Petersburg College, I'm thrilled to oversee a team that teaches and researches various topics related to applied ethics, such as critical thinking and logic, professional ethics, organizational ethics, bioethics, ethics of emerging technologies, social justice, and more. I also mentor and advise students and faculty on ethical issues and dilemmas, and collaborate with other institutions and community partners on ethics education and outreach projects.I have over 20 years of leadership experience in diverse sectors, including education, healthcare, non-profit, and government. I have developed a wide knowledge base and varied skills that complement my unwavering commitment to personal and professional integrity. I have demonstrated effective cross-functional leadership and the successful development of ethical conduct at the larger organizational and community levels. I have strong critical and analytical thinking skills, as well as sensitivity for team building and the value of collective intelligence.
