Develop and implement in-house industrial automation solutions, managing the entire lifecycle from electrical design (wiring diagrams and assembly planning) to PLC programming, executing comprehensive machine retrofits, and commissioning new equipment to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance. Plan, execute, and manage automation projects across global production facilities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational excellence. Design and implement centralized PLC systems for MES integration, establishing direct machine connectivity using S7 and OPC UA protocols to enhance data flow and system interoperability. Proactively resolve issues in factory automation systems, ensuring uninterrupted production processes while improving system efficiency and reliability.

Develop industry automation standard level in-house solutions with mechanical, electrical, and PLC software self designs and implements on process and production equipment by fulfilling definition, planning, and implementation phases with proper communication of related parties. Makes preliminary technical and financial data gathering for the investment projects. Plan, organize and execute in compliance with corporate policies, technical & safety standards and Capex Management policies & procedures. Communication with customers and responsibility to overcome the customer complaints. Determining all technical aspects (Layout, P&ID, electrical drawing etc.), specifications of the project with suppliers and managing all installation and commissioning processes within timeline and budget.
