This introduction is prepared in order to introduce to you, Korint Architecture Engineering Construction Industry and Trade Limited Company, which was established in İstanbul in 1997 in order to offer "Boutique" contracting services with a new perspective in the construction sector. We are realizing works in the areas of historical building restorations, renovations of buildings and spaces that serve various purposes, construction of industrial plants, villa constructions and building reinforcement, within the direction of the needs, which we receive during the period of time since our foundation. With the deserved pride of some of our works which were published both in the written and visual media, we believe that this introduction shall provide you sufficient information about our capacity and our perspective which always gives the priority to quality.

Studio Vertebra; founded by four partners in 2009, provides services on three main disciplines; Architecture, Interior architecture and Restoration. Architectural project processes kick off with conceptual phase, completed as a “turnkey” service according to the feasibility calculations in planning solutions and construction drawings. Interior architectural design process is a boutique service which is rendered according to client briefs with project demands; completed with preparation of bill of quantities, tender dossier and “turnkey” on site construction. Historical monument projects (building survey, restitution, restoration) rendered with international preservation thinking while taking into consideration of modern-day demands.
