With more than 20 years of experience in production, technical operations, and factory management, I have been actively involved in heavy industry and industrial manufacturing projects, including startup operations, plant commissioning, operational management, productivity improvement, and team leadership.Throughout my career, I have taken significant responsibilities in factory management, technical process optimization, investment projects, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, quality systems, and operational excellence. I have a hands-on management approach, strong decision-making capability, and a results-oriented leadership style with direct involvement in shopfloor operations.I have particularly strong experience in greenfield factory investments, industrial commissioning processes, technical operations management, heavy industry production systems, capacity expansion, cost optimization, and establishing sustainable operational cultures. By combining my technical background with operational leadership experience, I am able to effectively manage production, quality, maintenance, and technical teams toward common business objectives with a disciplined and solution-oriented approach.
