• Service, troubleshoot malfunctions and complete basic to complex repairs to maintain fully functional operating machines. • Inspect and operate electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment and systems. • Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical schematics. • Install 5 axis simultaneous CNC machining and turning centers. • Inspect and troubleshoot of machine Kinematics. • Installation and calibration of laser and mechanical tool measurement systems. • WPC/ATC installation, calibration and troubleshooting.

• Service, troubleshoot and complete basic to complex repairs to maintain fully functional machines. • Train customers with proper methods for operating equipment post installation. • Manage maintenance activities, supervise staff and inspect equipment for appointed lead projects. • Install, troubleshoot and maintain valves, actuators, pumps, motors and compressors and install transformers. • Wire and inspect equipment for high voltage. • On need basis- lead in class training at Michigan headquarter office.

• Analyze, troubleshoot and diagnosed problems and provide prompt repair and solutions. • Test and maintain performance of hardware and software programs. • Create relationships with key decision-makers and serve as external technical spokesperson. • Install flow meters and actuator and properly calibrate to read the flow of coolant and divert to specific sectors of the machine. • Repair and rebuild coolant, hydraulic and vacuum pumps.

Inspect various aircraft engine units per blue print. Safety wire and maintenance units per specifications and perform assembly before shipping to clients
