ARC Innovation Center at Sheba Medical Center is a pioneering hub dedicated to advancing healthcare through cutting-edge research, collaboration, and technological innovation. The ARC network encompasses over 90 startups, launching 10+ new ventures annually. ARC forms partnerships with a wide spectrum of industry giants, from pharmaceutical companies to tech giants such as Microsoft, Google, NVidia, and Intel. • Directed and orchestrated the strategic operations of Sheba's Innovation Center, overseeing project implementation, budgeting, and team leadership. Managed a team of 40 professionals. • Initiated joint ideation sessions with top industry figures and healthcare systems in the US and around the globe, to define and develop innovative healthcare solutions and products. • Established key partnerships with leading pharmaceutical firms, big-tech companies, international innovation key players in healthcare systems and other industry leaders. • Initiated collaboration with Mayo Clinic to create a first in the world clinical distributed data network. • Led AI in healthcare discussions, including membership at the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI). • Successfully secured grants totaling 5.5 M$.

• Directed Vodafone Italy’s data strategy, a complex big data and campaign management solution with a budget of over 10M€, part of Vodafone Italy's vast digital transformation project. • Served as the on-site customer engagement manager, supporting the client’s shift to a data-centric company. • Coordinated a local partner for legacy projects and product enhancements.

Progressive 26-year career across Israel’s leading defense technology organizations (IAF, 8200), advancing from hands-on developer to senior technology executive overseeing data, cyber, real-time, and large-scale engineering operations. Led teams of up to 130 engineers and drove end-to-end delivery of mission-critical systems, from backend data architecture to operational front-end applications. In parallel, served continuously as a navigator in the Israeli Air Force, bringing operational insight that informed technology, product strategy, and system design.
