To work in a competitive environment for more than 20 years & shows consistent performence and emerge as a good professional and human being. Participated from the front in presentation for ENVIRONMENT CLEARANCES by MOEF at INDIRA BHAVAN,Delhi for our big mines and also made presentation before state EC dept. for our 2 more mines and finally achieved CLEARANCE CERTIFICATES for all the semi-mechanised mines.Although it is always a big rather tough task but I feel lucky to achieve these.I use to operate three mines fully equipped with more than twenty five excavators with twenty dumpers combinations and logistics with about 300 skilled and semiskilled manpower successfully.During working in Khan bhakri Dausa,Rajasthan producing building materials,I maintained the heaviest stock always.I maintained very good working relationships with IBM and state govt. directorate of industry(mining and geology division),Director general of mines safety,labour commissioner,sale tax etc.During working at Shreya mines Sawer (Rajasthan) I was involved in installation of Derik cranes which was very much applicable for lifting heavier marble blocks to the loading points.I was also involved in making such platforms to support heavier loaded trailers.I have experience of facing anger or little satisfaction of population residing near by areas of mines and handling successfully in favour of company faithfulness.I am also very much familiar in export of our precious minerals in countries like France,Belgium,china,Korea etc.I am very much familiar in dealing with annual as well as monthly and quarterly returns and violations with proper rectifications.Target based green field production with more safety,quality and environmental protection is always a hobby.MINING AND ENVIRONMENT SHOULD GO HAND IN HAND.I was fully involved in second renewal of our mining leases.I personally also faced team of NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL very successfully at our mining sites with positive endorsements.I am very much thankful to my MD sir to provide me such a challenging tasks.I have 25 years of experiences in mining and its management.I also faced anti mining peoples and officials with disturbing thoughts but handled successfully in the interest of our projects.In my view mining is a business full of challenges and opportunities.At present I am dealing with the matters related to stay on all mining activities of Magnesite and steatite mines by Supreme Court and High court of Uttarakhand on behalf of our organisation.I’m very much confined about this matter that we shall ultimately be the winner 🥇.
