Water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH)

I have led and contributed to various WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) projects across Nepal with HHRD-USA Nepal, focusing on improving water access, sanitation, and hygiene education. Oversaw the design and installation of a water treatment plant to address urban water quality issues. Worked closely with the technical team to ensure the plant's effectiveness and compliance with health standards. Implemented public awareness campaigns on water conservation and treatment. Directed the construction of 127 houses in rural Siraha and Saptari districts, providing safe and resilient homes for vulnerable families. Ensured the integration of sustainable construction practices, including proper drainage systems and weather-resistant materials. Managed resource allocation, budget adherence, and project timelines while ensuring high-quality construction. Throughout these projects, my role focused on ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the integration of sustainable practices to improve the lives of the communities.

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Managing parts of construction project 2. Overseeing building work 3. Under taking Survey 4. Checking technical design and drawing to ensure that they are followed correctly. 5 . Managing different parts of construction project, supervision crew member ,preparing estimates for time and material cost.

Site Engineer: Supervised construction activities for a large-scale housing project. Estimation & Costing: Managed budget estimation and costing for the development of 123 houses. Structural Design: Collaborated with the construction industry, contributing to the design and development of new infrastructures.
