Apply advanced engineering principles, theories and concepts. - Represent the technical capabilities of the company and its products at customer meetings, trade shows, conference and seminars.

Plan, Organize, and Direct the activities of Program Management, Product Engineering, Design of New components and Tooling, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Tool Room for products related to Castings & Precision Machining for OEMs and Tier I for Automotive Industry. Lead CAPEX plant wide and new projects in the APQP Basis. Overseeing 55 Engineers and Technicians.

Plan, organize, and direct the activities of four departments: Product Engineering, Engineering Plant support, Design and Prototyping and Engineering Lab providing guidance to program cross functional teams during program preparation, program launch, initial production, and production phases, assuring successful completion of new product Development in the APQP Basis. Analyze production problems and engineering recommended changes to improve product and reduce costs. Coordination and approval of Engineering Changes and its implementation Plant wide. Failure and Root Cause for Warranty issues coordinating multidisciplinary team. Manage resources, test equipment and machinery in dynamometers area to ensure proper operation. Establish training programs for programs staff. Responsible of compliance of Technical Regulations and Standards working closely with commercial team, insuring Product Certification with various agencies.

Plan, organize, and direct the activities of Engineering, Research and Development, Engineering Plant support, Design and Laboratories. Lead at plant level, new product development projects in the APQP Basis. Working closely with commercial team, Manage key process in the product development cycle. Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the customers as well as understand and support Customer requirements. Hire, direct, manage, coach, and train personnel. Oversee cost reduction or product redesign projects leading 6 Sigma initiatives following DMAIC methodology till implementation & finance verification. Manage and operate a department budget. Ensure TRS requirements are met throughout the product design and redesign process. Reporting to CEO of the business.
