I’m a product manager and repeat founder obsessed with how products actually grow — not in theory, but in the real world where trust, incentives, and distribution matter. I’ve led and built products end-to-end: from identifying real user pain, to shipping MVPs, to designing go-to-market motions, to pressure-testing CAC, activation, retention, and LTV. I care deeply about where growth comes from, where it breaks, and why most funnels fail long before scale. My background spans B2B and B2C, regulated environments, and zero-to-one products — including time at large institutions and as a founder building from scratch. That mix has shaped how I think about product: strategy first, execution tight, and metrics that actually mean something.
