Review tenders for all welding requirements Qualify procedures for all projects Qualify welders for projects Maintain welders log Determine the welding consumables quantity required for each project Liase with third party for all additional testing required for the project Develop fabrication sequence for structures as required by order Develop welding book for the project Member of the internal audit team during the execution of the project Help with developing procedures for U, U2, R stamp certification Help with developing procedures for ISO 9001

MaIntain iso 9001 certification Perform internal audits as per schedule Audit suppliers during execution of the order Perform audits to qualify suppliers Maintain a list of approved suppliers Handle Customer complaints and non conformances Implementation of corrective actions and preventative actions Review and approve quality packages prior to fabrication Review quotations to ensure all quality requirements are catered during quotation Liase with third party for qualifications of welding procedures Report deviations and non conformances to the GM
