Enyinnaya Onyemauchechukwu Alvin Iroadumba is a distinguished Author, Serial Entrepreneur, renowned Trainer, esteemed Brand Connoisseur, and TEDx Curator (TEDxBarnawa, TEDxGamji Park) and Speaker, originating from Ezinihitte Local Government Area of Imo State. With a dynamic career trajectory, he currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director at Beacon Innovative Solutions Limited, a venture he founded at the remarkable age of 21. Throughout his journey, Enyinnaya Iroadumba has demonstrated a profound commitment to empowering entrepreneurs, having trained and mentored over 5000 individuals through various prestigious programs. Notable among these initiatives are his roles as Facilitator and Course Director for the Fate Foundation's Aspiring Entrepreneurship Digital Program in partnership with Meta Nigeria for various cohorts. Enyinnaya is also recognized for his pivotal contributions to the Kaduna Digital Entrepreneurship Incubation Program, a flagship endeavour spearheaded by the Kaduna State Government in collaboration with the Rockefeller Foundation, the World Bank Group, and Ventures Platform. His leadership roles, including serving as North West Zonal Coordinator for Nigeria of the African Youth Union Commission and as President of the Local Organization JCI Arewa, underscore his commitment to youth development and community engagement. Enyinnaya has facilitated session(s) for the Global Leadership Summit, JCI among others. He is a mentor at TEF. In acknowledgment of his outstanding achievements, Enyinnaya has received numerous accolades, including the esteemed World Confederation of Business Award for Excellence in Business and the Fate Foundation’s Volunteer Facilitator of the Year Award 2021. In 2025 Enyinnaya was alongside 91 others was named as one of the leaders shaping Africa's future by Crest Africa. An associate honorary member of the Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria, Enyinnaya's expertise has been instrumental in propelling over 500 brands toward profitability. Additionally, he is a member of the FGBMFI and the visionary founder of Beacon Radio TV (an online Radio/TV with listeners and viewers across over 120 countries and counting). Enyinnaya hosts a podcast he calls The Conversation and is also the Director of Schools, Continental Learners School. Enyinnaya Iroadumba professional endeavours are complemented by his personal life, as he finds joy in his marital union with Mrs. Ethel Iroadumba and they are blessed with a son and daughter.
