Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system. Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time. Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned. Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification. Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.

Coordinates with Production about priorities, additional orders, cancellations and other concerns. Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers. Submit Monthly Kaizen Proposal. Prepares delivery schedule for packaging and local chemicals. Coordinate with Sales Section regarding customer's order and forecast. Confirms the availability of production requirements in coordination with the Production Planner and warehouse section. Conduct Suppliers Audit.

Assist in the EAMS Asset, PM Calibration, Spares Documents and IT Management preparation, implementation and training. Assist in the verification, classification, documentation and updating of site equipment and CMMS/CCMS masterlist and software. Prepare optimized and finalized asset, PM and spares masterlist and upload to EAMS. Assist improving, encoding and generating various status reports and action registers. Support the regular P&S Calibration, Shopstores and Document Center requirements during EAMS Project. Other duties related to EAMS project, Software Integration and Engineering & Maintenance Services programs. Performs other duties and responsibilities may assign from time to time.
