Responsible for helping and guiding 30-40 youths from various parts of Stockholm in their entrepreneurial journey. Educated the youths in various entrepreneurial subjects including marketing, sales, development of business ideas, budgeting as well as also following up, helping and motivating the youths on a daily basis while they were pursuing their entrepreneurial venture.

Responsible for initiating contact with potential clients within our Wealth & Management division. Performed screenings of clients as well as presented the collected data to the company’s financial advisors

The job pertained to organising and coordinating various stages of arrival and departure for international customers of a cruise ship. Within this scope, the day-to-day tasks varied. During 2022 I was promoted to Pier Coordinator thus becoming responsible for employees as well as coordinating various aspects of the operations.

A high-pressure environment that required quick thinking on your feet, as well as learning to cater to different individuals and their wants and needs. Provided me with valuable lessons pertaining to the art of negotiation since every sales call was unique.

Worked with Telenor’s biggest field sales project which was an iterative position where I travelled across Sweden. Working tasks pertained to having daily contact with customers through home visits with the goal of selling products through a thorough needs analysis while at the same time always ensuring high customer service quality
