Key Responsibilities and Achievements: Design of Transactional Platforms: Designed and developed e-commerce and rental systems, integrating features to enhance the user experience, including payment systems, contact forums, and collaborative tools. Design Researcher Service Designer ( Lalilala Mandate)
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
As a Design Researcher, I seek and analyze various web solutions, SaaS, and software for different clients. My process includes: Understanding the client's needs and the context in which they operate. Identifying which solutions are available in the market. Researching and compiling a comprehensive list of potential solutions (minimum 30, maximum 70). Analyzing each individual software or SaaS option. Creating different matrices to determine the best solutions, usually narrowing down to between 5 and 9 options. Presenting and assisting the client in developing a strategic plan to identify the most suitable solution. As a Design Researcher and Business Analyst, I recently completed a comprehensive project aimed at identifying the best companies to meet specific business needs. My work involved: Research and Analysis of Companies: Identifying companies that are potentially relevant to meet the specific needs of the business. Collecting detailed information on each company through interviews, questionnaires, and secondary research. Presentation of Results: Developing a detailed presentation to showcase the research findings. Presenting UX, accessibility, 2x2, and matrix analyses for the selected companies. Analysis Report: Creating a comprehensive report with recommendations based on the data collected and analyzed. Creation of an Excel Document: Developing an Excel document to clearly visualize the work done, including evaluations and scores of the selected companies. This project allowed me to demonstrate my expertise in conducting thorough market research and presenting the results in a clear and compelling manner. My skills in UX analysis, business needs assessment, and data presentation have been crucial in delivering actionable insights and effective business solutions.

Lead Senior User Experience
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
This project began as part of my work with Desjardins, the largest cooperative financial group in Canada and a major player in the banking and insurance industry. Desjardins relies on ServiceNow Expresso (SNX), a cutting-edge technology platform that governs over 200 internal applications, some of which are used daily by more than 50,000 users. To optimize SNX’s potential, I centralized all relevant information and organized it around three key axes: UI (User Interface), UX (User Experience), and Innovation. This framework helps ensure clarity and efficiency in leveraging SNX’s capabilities. Together with my team, I developed a library and templates to simplify navigation and enhance the user experience of SNX. Additionally, we are creating a new design system in Figma and FigJam, enabling designers to quickly build applications using modular components tailored to SNX. For those unfamiliar with FigJam, it’s a collaborative design tool akin to LEGO, but instead of physical pieces, we assemble digital components to create robust software solutions. By prioritizing accessibility, inclusion, and universal design, we aim to enhance the user experience across all 200+ internal applications. These efforts have already increased collaboration and efficiency by an estimated 10-20%, making the platform more effective for Desjardins’ extensive user base.

Courageous Conversations Committee: Anti-racism and political inclusion.
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
I'm on the committee that supports all victims of racism (in Quebec and Canada). Unfortunately, racism exists in different forms on the street and at school. They organize two monthly meetings to which experts on micro-aggression, inclusion, systematic racism and other topics are invited. I discovered things I didn't think could exist. And I understand that much clearer and better-written laws are needed to defeat racism. Sometimes I write about this on my blog. This work experience is the most beautiful and rich professional experience I have ever had; Sad but also extremely rich.

Senior UX Designer: Entreprise sector
Montreal, Quebec, Canada (remote)
I led the group from research to vision, conducting over 30 workshops with 2 subject matter experts. We needed a tool to control the financial risk associated with each company that has a loan to us (Coop financier De- sjardins) I am becoming a good expert in the financial sector by designing a tool to prevent, control and manage this risk. From the early phase, when a customer\company for example is late in a payment, until the moment when the customer for example presents a high risk of non-payment. (our tools can prevent the default within 2 years before happening) We have done more than 40 workshops, studied all the different business processes that exist (22)-reduce them to 17. Create a tool that manage and help companies that have a high risk of failure (we are able to understand if a company is at risk even before the company not realizing it,) "Which I was very surprised when I found out". A company can have many reasons to have a financial risk, we are designing a tool that can control and manage all the loans that have a financial risk for the Desjardins bank, we can search and filter company’s risk, find out easily high financial risk and basic financial risk. It was a very social impact projets, because when you save a company, you save as well all family that are working there. We're talking about a business that's risking $850,000 to over $10 million, Between 50 to 30k employers.
