Successfully led the development of an OER improvement project on the Continuous Sterilizer System at Cargill, increasing OER from 18.68% to 20.23% (FY25/26). This initiative contributed to a potential revenue increase of USD 2.5 million and USB decreased from 3.3% to 2.3%. I successfully led teams and completed multiple projects across various companies. In 2023, I received an award from Cargill as the top contributor for the most and best improvements. I also earned a major recognition for maintaining zero electrical-related downtime throughout my tenure at Cargill.

I am actively conducting research in the field of electrical engineering with professors at the PLN Institute of Technology in Jakarta.
