As the director of ENICAB, the national cable industry enterprise in Algeria, I have over 10 years of experience in leading and managing the production, distribution, and innovation of high-quality and reliable cables for various sectors and markets. With my expertise in cable engineering, design, and testing, I oversee the development and implementation of new products and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. I also coordinate and supervise the operations and performance of our four production units, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. In addition, I foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement among our teams, partners, and suppliers, as well as support the strategic vision and mission of our organization. I am passionate about advancing the cable industry in Algeria and beyond, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance our efficiency and competitiveness.
