-Assistant in the corporate office in TCI Sanmar Chemicals SAE with Chairman , Vice chairman , Manging director , from 17-12-2011 until 31 /03/2015 -Secretary for Chief of Operation , Chief of Fainance & Project Head from April 2012 until October 2012 Job Duties - Arranging for the meetings & preparing minutes of meetings - Pending work reminder - Courier services ( receving & dispatching ) , working with several companies ( DHL – TNT – FEDEX – ARAMEX … etc. ). - Following up the appointments for Chairman , Vice chairman , Manging director , Chief of Operation , Chief of Fainance & Project Head . Major responsibilities 1.Send Proforma Invoices to customers based on Head -Marketing`s Advice. 2.Follow up with customers for advance payments,if applicable. 3.Get PO,SI etc from customers and hand over to our logistics department for getting the bookings. 4.Coordinate for plant stuffing with Logistics and Sales 5.Keep track of all export documents like BLs,Euro1,COAs,COOs etc and maintain proper records. 6.Keep track of all payments and follow up for payments with customers 7.Keep reconciling all customers accounts regularly --coordinate with accounts department. 8.Assist Head-Marketing in MIS for all sales(Exports and Domestic).Keep proper record of Commercial Invoices and corresponding SAP invoices.
