Led technical vision, engineering, and product across the full stack: smart contract architecture, real-time trading infrastructure, and the consumer-facing application. Designed novel on-chain mechanisms including bonding curves with stacked liquidity and bot-resistant Dutch auction pricing to make early-stage fundraising fair, transparent, and accessible at scale. Built and scaled the engineering team, set architectural direction across web3 and full-stack systems, and drove the platform from zero to launch and beyond.
