Over the past 11 years, my professional journey has been defined by continuous growth, information and communication technology (ICT). His experiences span leadership roles, technical engineering, network solutions, and software systems, demonstrating a diverse set of competencies that align with the demands of contemporary IT industries. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Daffodil International University and multiple professional certifications including CCNA, CCNP, and advanced web development, both in technical expertise and leadership capability. Beginning as an entry-level IT Officer and advancing to the role of Managing Director, I have acquired and demonstrated competencies that align with the highest standards of the information technology and engineering sectors. My experience encompasses a wide range of technical domains — from networking and systems management to integrated security solutions, cloud technologies, and software development. I am an ambitious, hardworking and dedicated IT professional with a genuine interest in IT. Having solid experience working on different platforms such as Data Center Solution, Network Support, CCNA, CCNP, Mikrotik, Security Surveillance System, Telecommunicating like IP-PBX/PBX, PA Sound System, Access Control, Cloud Administration Network, Web Development, and Linux operating systems, I have a sound knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies relevant to Customer Service and IT Infrastructure Services especially in the areas of cloud computing, email security, web development, database administration & networking.
