Conduct monthly scheduled trainings Assists in Environmental audits ISO 14001:2015, Step Oeko Tex etc. Sustainability reporting and disclosure at online portals Higg FEM, STeP (EP), BEPI etc. Successfully assisted in conducting the audits of WRAP, STeP and Higg FEM. Collect and analyze environmental data to identify areas for improvement and report progress - Track and evaluate the organization's environmental impacts, energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste management, water conservation and social initiatives. Coordinate with all departments company-wide for compliance related activities Ensure that all the workers are wearing mandatory PPEs. To deal with product certification process Audit and traceability of GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OCS (Organic Content Standard). To maintain the record of internal audits, prepare the audit summaries and review reports and internal audit result submit to top management. Successfully implemented and cleared the COC audits of various famous brands like, Eurocentra, INDITEX etc.
