Formulating the budget of the engineering department, determining the allocation of various sections, fixing deadlines and ensuring that the works are completed within the stipulated time frame. 9. Willingness to provide all types of technical guidance and support to other team members as needed. 10. Keeping regular contact with various stakeholders such as client, supplier, contactor, electric office, gas office, machine manufacturer, local agent and receiving their services effectively as per the needs of the company.

1. Coordination with management for project evaluation, project Planning by DMADV (Define, Measure, Analysis, Design, Verify) & execution of project, within agreed target time & budget. 2. Maintaining liaise with various functional teams to achieve production targets such as production, delivery, quality control, Supply chain etc. 3. Managing and provide technical support as required for delivery of all mechanical equipment such as process machineries Packaging (KHS 18000 BPH- Germany, AMS- 7000 BPH Ferrari, Italy, Injection Molding Machine-Husky) & Refinery (Lipico, Singapore), electric power distribution (REB-1.5 MW), generators (Perkins- 1200 KVA), boiler (Canon- 15/10/6 ton), Forbsmershall-6 ton) Chiller, Pump, HP (40 Bar) & LP (8 Bar) Compressor & Tank (NDT- UT, RT, DPT), Nitrogen Plant. 4. Develop & implement the AMP (Annual Maintenance Plan), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Preventive & Predictive maintenance, Periodic review for improvement of the equipment's by DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analysis, Improve, Control) of main refinery, pet bottle system, refinery & corrugation carton plant. 5. Responsible for maximizing the plant reliability, reduce downtime, mean time between break down (MTBB, MTTR) and Pareto Chart. 6. Project management: prepare proposals, contracts, project scheduling or program and staffing planning, production of work and project close out i.e. Mastered oil plant. 7. Organize and plan maintenance resources - involving people, spares & consumables and coordinating with production departments - for timely execution of annual maintenance and overhauling plans. 8. Develop, maintain and update SOPs of Maintenance for all machines and equipment's for improving process to make easier & economical. 9. Planning and prepare production schedules fabrications, installation, testing and commissioning of Plant and Equipment. 10. Preparing and Development of Process Flow Diagram and Piping & Instrument Diagram.

Responsibilities: 1. Plant development/licenses & certificate by local legislation, BNBC 2006, IMS for safe operation on hazardous entire plant machineries. 2. Planning the maintenance schedule on weekly / monthly basis of CKD & SKD Machineries for refrigerator and air-conditioning machineries. 3. Establish different type of testing inside factory like NDT & Hydraulic test for vessel, Insulation Resistance Measurement, Earth Resistance Measurement, Leakage current measurement for all type of electrical unit. 4. Control assest management as well as coordinate with various functional departments such as Procurement, REB/Hisense/ Panasonic/ LG technical team/ Production/Quality/HR according to the factory smooth operation, new machine installation & maintenance issues as company requirement. 5. Operation and maintenance (Capacity-9 MW) -33/11/0.440 KVA substation and also energy analysis record & find out utility cost per unit basis whether generator or REB power applicable as per daily production schedule for the calculation of increase profitability. 6. Operation and maintenance (RMS, EMS) of 5.0 MW diesel power plant Bangla CAT- 16 Cylinder Engine. 7. Maintain all machineries lubrication system/ oil consumption/ Spare parts forecasting (RMS, EMS, Breakdown) through KAIZEN & TQM schedule, 5S (Sorting, Straightening, Systematic Cleaning, Standardizing and Sustaining) and overall equipment efficiency (OEE) according to the daily/weekly/ monthly/ yearly. 8. Research and analyze design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, annual budget, implement cost, Work order and maintenance requirements of applications. 9. Direct and coordinate all activities of the plant in accordance with approved GMP policies & procedures and to be responsible for the progress and results of the plant. 10. Prepare & review Planning Phase Hazard Analysis (PPHA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lock Out/Tag out (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW) etc.

HVAC: Periodic maintenance of Indoor & outdoor unit (FCU/AHU/DX) though fitting & fixing of cupper pipe & duct with jacketing of glass wool insulation/aluminum sheet of different air cooled roof top & mini chiller machine like ACSON- Malaysia (16/12/8/5 ton). 2. Food Manufacturing Machineries: Installation, Servicing and Maintenance of Cold room (1 to 4 ° C) & freezer room (- 12 to – 18° C) (hot gas & electric heater defrosting system) from RINAC, INDIA. Ice cream Machine- Taylor C-716 (Heat Treatment/713 (Non Heat Treatment)/PH-85/H-63 (Heat Treatment) from USA, Open Fryer (Chicken)-KSCF-218G/ Vegetable Fryer- FPPH255-4CSC/ Pressure Fryer (Henny Penny)-600G from Singapore, Middle By Marshall Oven-555G/540G from USA, Fabristeel Equipment (UHC, HCW8, RETERDER,PROFFER, PETTY HOLDING CABINET, FREEZE) from Singapore and also ensure maximum quality according to the Yum of INDIA. 3. Generator: Supervision & maintenance of 17 nos 375 KVA standby Perkins and Cummins Generator including RMS, EMS and overhauling (if required). 4. Prepared annual budget and ensure spare parts availability by forecasting method, proper accounting and control of Stores to support maintenance needs. 5. Collect quotation from local & foreign vendor and implementing though high quality with cost reduction system by CS and negotiation with supplier and availability of material within time limit.

Responsibilities: 1. Before going to implement of new project, Economics and probabilistic decision analysis though PERT & Microsoft Project Planning and evaluation of completion time & plant budget from start to end. 2. Review / analyze all electrical & mechanical drawings, project layout, material selection, load distribution and program schedules of works for Mango Crushing (10 Ton/HR) and Tomato Ketchup Project (700 Kg/ Hr). 3. Field execution work of RCC & Pre fabricated Steel structure 16000 sq.feet of industrial projects as per approved drawing. 4. Procurement of all necessary materials either foreign or local, are ensuring received to timescales. 5. Installed utilities ( Delim Royel 3 Ton/hr – HFO - 3 pass wet back fire tube boiler operation, maintenance, tank fabrication, Pump – Feed water & chemical dosing, Multistage centrifugal, WTP-RO, WWTP), Compressor ( Jucai -250 ft3/hr & 1 MPa), Standby Diesel Generator– 400 KVA Penta Volvo- UK with synchronization system of ATS, Cooling Tower – 80 TR, Substation 630 KVA with 500 KVA step down transformer, KSB Deep Tube Well-100 m3/hr with underground tank- 120000 liters. 6.
