At Neo Associate Limited, I am responsible for executing and supervising Shanghai Tofflon Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Purified water generation, Water for injection & Pure steam Generation systems and distribution system projects within the pharmaceutical sector. My core responsibilities include: 1.Overseeing installation, commissioning, and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) of purified water and WFI systems as per cGMP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines. 2.Leading technical documentation including URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, and qualification protocols to ensure system compliance and traceability. 3.Coordinating with the Tofflon engineering team and client QA/QC departments for seamless handover and audit readiness. 4.Ensuring hygienic design, proper instrumentation, and automation integration for critical utilities. 5.Supporting process optimization, troubleshooting, and performance verification during system qualification. This role allows me to combine my hands-on technical expertise with project documentation and compliance knowledge, ensuring reliable and regulatory-compliant water systems for pharmaceutical production.

SWISS BIOHYGIENIC EQUIPMENT is the Bangladesh’s largest domestic manufacturer of hygienic process systems for the pharmaceutical, biotech, food, beverage and cosmetics industries. A joint venture company of Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Bioengineering AG and AMS Technology, GmbH. Major Products: Water and steam generation & distribution systems, vessel production, CIP Systems and Hygienic process piping Standards: ASME BPE, USP and ISPE. Key Responsibilites: • Installation (mechanical and electrical), commissioning and DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ execution • Monitor the automation system installation (Basic knowledge in Siemens PLC S7300/1200/1500, HMI, VFD and controls system hardware) • Manage project budget, definition/purchasing of critical components, Hygienic Materials (Components and Instruments) Vendor Selection • Development of Functional Design Specifications (FDS) based on 21 CFR Part 11 (FDA Standard) • R&D and process development • Installation and Commissioning of Purified water, Water for injection, Water for injection (Cold) and Pure steam, Compressed Air, -Beacon,renata,ACI,ACME, Incepta & Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. • Installation and Commissioning of Manufacturing Vessels, Pressure Vessels, Media Vessels, Suspension Vessels, Storage Vessels and CIP-SIP Skid - Incepta & Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. • Development of Alternate Vendors for Components and Instruments

1.Dealing with the Pharmaceuticals Companies like Beximco, Square, Healthcare, Beacon, Incepta Pharmaceuticals &Various Pharmaceutical etc about the technical specification for their needed demand of pharmaceutical machineries. 2.Currently, handling the full responsibility of Three foreign Water system/WFI Generation & Pure steam generation & Distribution system manufacturer company -Stilmas S,P,A (Italy &China)- pre-treatment system, Purified water plant, water for injection plant, pure steam genarator. Truking watertown (china)-pretreatment system, purified water plant, water for injection plant, pure steam Boiler. 1. Water analysis for raw water, RO & DM plant, boiler and cooling tower like pH, conductivity, TSS, TDS, FRC, Total hardness,(calcium, magnesium harness) chlorides,, silica, phosphate, iron, hydrazine, low range of chloride, Alkalinity.) 2. Quality analysis of bulk chemical purity checked for DM plant, boiler and cooling tower like(hydrazine, SMBS, TSP, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, morpholine, HYPO). 3. Preparation of daily 24 hrs report for DM water production and Consumption to submit plant head. 4. Handling and testing lab equipment calibration and maintenance like spectrophotometer, Hach photometer, pH meter, conductivity meter, turbidity meter apparatus etc.

Handling and testing lab equipment calibration and maintenance like spectrophotometer, Hach photometer, pH meter, conductivity meter, turbidity meter apparatus etc. 5. Travelling anywhere anytime in Bangladesh with colleagues for customer service purpose.
