Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery to minimize downtime. 6. Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer requirements, including customization and on-time delivery. 7. Serve as Project in-Charge of Vaporized LPG & SNG Plant installation and supervise of QA/QC & Compliance teams.

1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Supervise the inspection of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for adherence to quality standards. 2. Identify and analyze defects, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects. Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and product certifications. 3. Involve in improvement the efficiency and effectiveness of the production. 4. Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations related to production, safety, and environmental standards. Develop, implement, and monitor company policies to meet legal and ethical requirements. 5. Prepare for and manage internal and external audits, ensuring all processes and documentation meet compliance standards. Conduct training sessions to ensure employees are aware of compliance requirements and company policies. 6. Maintain detailed records of QA/QC & compliance activities, Testing, inspections, and certifications. 7. Supervised the erection work of Bone China Unit-2.

1. Supervise the Operations of DM Plant, N2 Plant, Boiler Section and Cooling Water for fulfilling the quality of these utilities and demand of the Process 2. Supervise the maintenance work of the utility department. 3. Involve in improvement the efficiency and effectiveness of the production.

1. Establish and implement the Quality Control Plan in the organization. 2. Ensure that operational procedures are established according to applicable codes and standards and the workmanship level is maintained as per the company standards. 3. Ensure that inspection and testing activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures.

1. Manage, supervise and control the industrial production process and ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. 2. Plan and organize the production schedules for on-time completion. 3. Make the best use of resources, increase output, reduce expenses, and maintain the required quality level.

To process the Results, Registration Cards, Mark Sheets etc. for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) & Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examinations using result sheet processing software and develop the software for solving the above jobs.

Served as a senior Faculty Member of MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) Track and taught students about programming language, RDBMS, and helped to develop different types of software, such as Inventory, Hospital Management System, Billing System for any shopping Mall etc.
