Operations Management: Deliver quality service to internal and external clients while upholding company values. Implement action plans, operating guidelines, and resources to: Ensure Good Warehousing Practices. Maintain a Quality Management System. Increase operations productivity. Prepare monthly project reports and inform stakeholders of risks/issues. Develop and implement a project risk management strategy. Use selection processes to define contract strategies and manage external partners. Implement financial/project controls, including cost control, progress tracking, and change management. Ensure commissioning, validation, and handover meet project standards. Negotiate and implement new projects with staff, clients, and suppliers. Generate income through new business and expanded services. Report regularly to the COO for strategic and performance review.

Oversees day-to-day plant activities and overall manufacturing strategy. Directs achievement of production performance targets including production plan achievement, product quality, safety, inventory accuracy, equipment effectiveness/efficiency, and other manufacturing metrics. Prepares budget; works within targets for cost of goods and meets manufacturing profitability target Leads effective maintenance of plant office, production, and warehouse machines and equipment Manages and develops high-performing team; evaluates personnel performance and training needs. Spearheads plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives; ensures on-time completion/roll-out of projects and efficiency/process improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and internal/external quality management systems/certification; maintains and updates agreements with contractors Complies with Code of Ethics and standards, processes, and policies; exemplifies and reinforces Core Values among employees.

Regulate and monitor the energy use of the whole mill. Conducts orientation and seminars that increases awareness for Energy Efficiency and Conservation methods. Manages the Energy Committee of the Mill. Developing and managing energy conservation programs. Advising on procurement of energy-efficient equipment. Promoting sustainable energy policies within the organization. Conducts regular energy audit. Analyzing energy usage data to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare energy reports on the Mill’s status and efficiency. Ensures timely submission of necessary documents and findings to the DOE - EUMB.

Oversee the day-to-day Power Plant operation, including steam boiler, HVAC system, air compressors, water treatment facility, water distribution, fire hydrant, fire detection alarm systems, and flood control devices. Manages CAPEX and OPEX, reviewed monthly budgets, and implemented corrective actions for variances. Review Equipment Breakdown, critical issues, and plan accordingly. Implemented work procedures, standards, and HIRAC for workplace safety. Oversee fuel deliveries and coordinated with suppliers to ensure adequate supply for mill consumption. Develop and manages the department budget such as OPEX and CAPEX, while ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, including new installations, upgrades, and expansions. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and risk assessments. Lead and manage a team of engineers and supervisors, boiler operators, and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Develop and mentor team members, providing opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.

Oversee the day-to-day management of office facilities, laboratory facilities, wastewater treatment facilities including workspace planning, and maintenance. Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with in-house technicians, vendors, and contractors. Determine the works to be done for a project through carefully analyzation of works intended for the project and prepares a draft schedule for the whole MEPF works. Review quotation prices for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects. Create a Preventive Management System that encompasses all procedures and manuals for all equipment, facilities, and wastewater treatment plant of the company. Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a safety-first culture on-site. Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with DENR-LLDA regulatory for wastewater treatment.

In charge in analysis and review the system deviation in order to correct and improve the efficiency of the machine. Make reports and projects to overcome limitation of the machine.

Study the process flow of the Paper Manufacturing machine and Co-generation plant and come up with the Projects that will improve the system, efficiency, run ability and production cost.
