I am an Analytical Instrumentation and Control Engineer, with knowledge of Yokogawa DCS operations, maintenance and Engineering. I am currently working with Dangote Fertilizer Limited, I was part of the commissioning team in Train 1 & 2 in Ammonia, Urea and Utilities units. I took an active part in the inspections of installed field Instruments, loop checks, supervision of installed field Instruments, calibration, maintenance and Operations. I worked in all liquid Analysers, Gas Analyzers, Continuous Emission Monitoring System, Oxygen Analyzers and Density Analyzers in Urea and Ammonia units, I performed maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting in all the mentioned Analyzers. I was also involved in the commissioning of Mobile Shiploader at the Dangote Jetty, I ensured that maintenance tasks were carried on all sensors, junction boxes and troubleshooting issues as displayed from the HMI, I ensure the spare list for malfunctioned devices are always prepared. I am equally part of the documentation team in Dangote Fertilizer Limited using the Electronic Data Management Systems to upload documents from Saipem to Dangote server.
