• Lead consultant in the areas of Radio network Planning and Optimization(Drivetest & OSS KPI) (2G/3G /4G LTE/5G/Wifi ),ensuring quality delivery on all projects. • Lead all roll out project on Rural Telephony and New Site RF/Tx Planning, Installations and Drivetest Optimization for all technologies. • Manage inter-functional relations to ensure synergy across the various departmental and Technical functions • Plan and manage the human and material resources of the unit to optimize performance, morale and enhance productivity • Oversee the planning, prioritization and assignment of targets and tasks to the Network Performance Unit • Responsible for Operating and managing all Performance monitoring tools in the Quality of Service. • Responsible for all the Service Assurance Tests on projects • Responsible for delivering all quality of service projects • Provide leadership and guidance to team members and manage subordinates’ performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives • Ensure proper management and timely implementation of all strategic initiatives within unit • Monitor and Control the Budgetary needs of the unit • Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels. • Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments. • Plan and manage the team’s activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales. • Report as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards. • Liaise with customers and suppliers (where impacting/affected by quality issues). • Responsible for coordinating Training Academy for both internal and external staffs. • Lead Trainer in the areas of RF Planning and Optimization including use of RF planning and Optimization Tools.

3G Optimization Engineer (Airtel MS Project,Huawei Technologies) • Operation and Maintenance terminal Operations, troubleshooting, radio network performance analysis and network upgrade • Prepare and analyze KPI trends report and send to top managers. • Troubleshoot and analyze issues that dip or affect KPI that is missing neighbor, drop call ratio (DCR) on voice and data services etc, Interference (RTWP) using OMStar, IRAT HO. • Prepare NodeB Availability tracker and send to Customer (Alcatel) on weekly basis. • Escalation of severe dips (worst cells) to Front Office (FO) to raise trouble tickets. • Advanced troubleshooting, analyzing and optimizing issues that degrade KPI like drop call rate (DCR) on CS and PS services, low HSDPA throughput, Low Paging Success Rate, High GB, PCU & TBF (Temporary Block Flow) Blocking & IuPS & SPU/DPU/INT Usage Utilization, SHO, IRAT(Inter-system Radio Access Technology), Access Failures (RRC & RAB) using OMStar, FMA, NPMaster etc. • Neighbor and PSC Planning and Optimization using U-NET & OMStar. • Carry out X-Basics Action like Paramater Fine-tuning and Features Audit, Neighbor and PSC Audit, CGI and SGSN Correlation Audit. • Carry out Performance Analysis on the whole 3G network and benchmark the parametric solution. • Coordinate and provide support in Drive Test analysis using MapInfo, Actix, Google Earth and TEMS Investigation

RF Project Manager (2G/3G/4G) –Interwireless Consultants – Ericsson-Smile Project (Nigeria) • 4G Drive Test Optimization using TEMS 14.6 Data Collection. • Conducting Interference DT at planning stage • Coordinating RF installation team, RF/LOS Survey Team • Coordination of the Project activities by Liaising with the Client and field Engineers to meet the Project scope. • Preparing project plan/scope to meet client’s demand. • Coordinating Training school activities. RF Performance Engineer (2G/3G) –Interwireless Consultants - Etisalat Project (Nigeria) – Performance Engineer • 3G Drive Test Optimization using Actix Software/TEMS Data Collection/Xcal Drive test tools. Coverage analysis and optimization through Drivetest logs(Pilot Pollution, Swapped sector, Downlink Interference and overshooting) and weekly monitoring of Worst performing cells through weekly reports on the basis of Network Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Major KPIs including Drop Call Rate, Call Set-up Success Rate, Handover Success rate (Soft, Softer,hard Handover and IRAT Handover), Excessive Call Set-up time e.t.c to Improve Etisalat network quality in all Regions in Nigeria. • Using Atoll software to run coverage prediction comparing it to the Drive test data collected. • Coordination of the Project activities by Liaising with the Client and field Engineers to meet the Project scope. • Validation onsite engineering parameter, Follow up and tracking of physical optimization activity on RF physical Optimization e.g Antenna Orientation, swap sector correction. • Provide technical direction to Drive test engineers during pre and post physical optimization. • Ensure suitability of Clusters or routes to be driven through Alarm logs check. Verification of RF Parameters, Tilt recommendation and Optimization tracker report preparation. • 2G /3G Drive test Optimization Project Management • Supervising Cluster Analysis/Optimization reporting • Provide Technical Support to 2G/3G Optimization Teams.

I worked as an RF Optimization Engineer for all regions in Nigeria conducting 3G/GPRS/EDGE/2G drive tests using Ericsson TEMS Data collection 8.0.3, 8.2 and 9.0, post-processing/analysis of logfiles using Ericsson TEMS route analysis, MapInfo 8.5/9.0 and Actix Analyser/Classic/Spotlight, making recommendations towards attaining desired network KPIs and supervising the implementation of recommendations made.
