Internship Trainee – Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Gained hands-on experience in electrical systems, utility planning, and troubleshooting in a glove manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Installed and prepared earthing wiring for Reebow machines (Lines 9D, 11D, 13D, 14D). * Assisted in troubleshooting robotic arms on Reebow machines, including PU belt and motor issues. * Studied and helped plan a water reuse project: transferring post-process Genco water into alkaline and chlorine tanks, including flowrate, frequency, and tank sizing analysis. * Liaised with suppliers for chiller and cooling tower quotations. * Learned and supported alarm system wiring for robotic arm faults (unstrip, tearing, single-arm errors). * Conducted relay resistance and continuity tests using a multimeter. * Performed routine housekeeping in the production area and supported glove removal during machine jams. * Joined team initiatives such as “gotong-royong” for factory cleanliness.
