• An operating owner of warehouses for packaging materials (Secondary) and raw materials for brewing. • Controlled 7 warehouses in Carlsberg’s Supply Chain including ambient and cold storage. • Securing the warehouse operation equipment by increasing the length of warehouse aisle without reducing storage capacity. • Re-designed a more then 20 years old warehouse layout into a safer operating zone with clearly defined of pedestrian, vehicular and co-existing areas without reducing storage capacity.

• Responsible for ensuring returnable primary materials are returned correctly according to documentation and systems. • Achieved 0 production downtime and stoppage due to inability to supply primary materials to the productions. • Increase the sorting efficiency of market returnable bottles by 20% without affecting the sorting quality. • Established a better communications channel across departments (Packaging and Empties Operations) to make information of materials supply easier and more transparent.
