Expertise in projects and detailing of Machining Devices using software Unigraphics - NX4 and leadership of other designers. Main achievements and results: -Training of other designers on work to be performed for Grob (sizing standards, tolerances, layout's, colors, drawing release patterns, motion simulation formulas, assembly, etc.). - Lead other designers, guide and verify that work was being performed according to Grob standard. -Hour budget for Grob modeling, detailing and assembly work.

Expertise in the area of design and detailing of Clamping Devices for Machining Centers, Toolholders and Transport Systems, in the Engineering sector, through the software Unigraphics NX4 (3D Modeling, Sheet Metal, Drafting and Assembly) and AutoCAD Mechanical. - Preparation of component lists, determining appropriate material and treatment for certain function. - Use of the Team Center and WPS (B.Grob) Drawing Management System.

Expertise in design and detailing of Clamping Devices for CNC grinding machines, Manipulation and Transfer Systems through AutoCAD Mechanical software. Contacts with suppliers and customers. Responsible for hydraulics and pneumatics. Interface with the Supply, Production, Assembly and Application Engineering and Electrical sectors. Responsible for monitoring and documentation of the ISO9000 Quality System. Main achievements and results: -Participation in the implementation of AutoCAD and later AutoCAD Mechanical replacing UniCAD. -Creation of identification labels for all machines produced, with information on hydraulic pressure, pneumatic pressure and spare items. -Creation of the machine user manuals in the mechanical part. -Participation in the implementation of ISO9000. -Participation in cad 3D Mechanical Desktop implementation in addition to AutoCAD.
