- Manage global sourcing operations for Aluminium Bezel and Bulky Metal categories, supporting multiple Sony plants worldwide. - Drive new partner introduction and supplier allocation strategies, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and production capacity alignment across regions. - Support New Model Introduction (NMI) activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Production, and Quality to meet project timelines. - Conduct Cost-Down & Value-Added (CDVA) initiatives and D2C (Design-to-Cost) programs. - Perform detailed part and model cost analysis, including material benchmarking and supplier quotation evaluation, to support global price standardisation. - Coordinate worldwide plant capacity management, balancing supplier load and ensuring on-time component delivery. - Collaborate with global sourcing teams across Asia and Europe to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.

- Monitoring inventory levels, ordering new stock as needed, and checking shipments and deliveries. - Developed and enhanced product storing strategies to optimize the working process. - Documented detailed daily deliveries and production to update the storage. - Managed the application for an F&B certificate (MeSTI). - Managed the workflow and trained new hires to best serve customers and teams of employees.

Tasks completed and skills learned: • Introduce the company's background and services to clients, and make sure clients leave a good impression on the company. • Suggest clients some advice on planning events to help clients resolve their concerns. • Maintain relationships with suppliers and work together to resolve clients' requirements. • Plan creative event themes and incorporate them into proposals to propose to clients. • Prepare quotations and clearly list the services provided to the client and the costs. Eu Yan Seng is my first job in life. Working here has taught me many things that I have never been in contact with, and these things are not taught in school. Here I learned a lot about Health and Chinese medicine. Not only that, I also made some elders and friends of different ages. In the process of communicating with them, I have learned a lot of their valuable knowledge and experience. I am honour to be able to join their team and experience many things with them.
