Responsible for ensuring all mechanical works in RO and STP plant construction are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and international standards. Conducted material inspections for pumps, valves, GRP/HDPE/SS/DSS/SDSS piping, Pipeline, Tanks and mechanical equipments; monitored installation quality, alignment, welding, and lamination works; performed PMI, NDT Tests, Barcol test, hydrotesting and functional testing of mechanical systems; prepared MIR/WIR and QA/QC documentation; and coordinated with consultants to obtain work approvals and ensure compliance throughout the project.

I worked as a QC Engineer on a steel link bridge project, where I was responsible for ensuring quality compliance in steel structure fabrication and erection. My responsibilities included inspection of welding, bolting, and fit-up; verification of WPS, PQR, and WQT; and coordination of NDT tests to confirm weld integrity. I also ensured calibration of torque wrenches and welding machines, monitored material verification and dimensional tolerances, and maintained quality logs and documentation. All activities were carried out in accordance with international standards such as AWS D1.1, AISC, RCSC, and SSPC to achieve safe and reliable project execution.

I worked as a QC Inspector on a steel PEB Ware house project, where I was responsible for ensuring quality compliance in steel structure fabrication and erection. My role covered inspection of welding, bolting, and fit-up, verification of WPS, PQR, and WQT, and coordination of NDT tests to confirm weld quality. I also ensured calibration of torque wrenches and welding machines, monitored material verification and dimensional tolerances, and maintained quality logs, reports, and documentation in line with project specifications and international standards.

I worked as a Quality Control Inspector on a major steel Parking yard/Building project, where I was responsible for: Inspecting and ensuring compliance with welding, bolting, and fit-up requirements as per project specifications and international codes (AWS, AISC, ASTM, Aramco standards if applicable). Conducting material inspection (steel plates, sections, bolts, consumables) and verifying mill test certificates. Monitoring fabrication and erection activities including alignment, plumbness, level, and dimensional tolerances. Overseeing welding inspections (fit-up, root gap, WPS/PQR compliance, NDT coordination). Preparing inspection reports, NCRs, and quality records for client approval. Coordinating with consultants, clients, and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
