Renewable Energy Engineer with hands-on experience in utility-scale solar PV power plants, specializing in Operations & Maintenance (O&M), SCADA systems, performance analysis, Operational Technology (OT), and power system equipment. My professional experience spans solar plant operations, performance optimization, electrical systems, industrial communications, and renewable energy asset management. Currently supporting the operation and monitoring of Baynouna Solar Power Plant (200 MW AC), the largest solar PV power plant in Jordan. My responsibilities include SCADA monitoring, operational reporting, performance analysis, alarm and event management, grid event monitoring, troubleshooting support, and coordination with maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation. Previously, I worked at Shams Ma'an Solar Power Plant, one of Jordan's largest and most significant utility-scale solar projects, where I gained valuable experience in solar plant operations, maintenance activities, electrical infrastructure, and renewable energy asset management.
