● Structurally designed and implemented buildings, manufacturing halls, and warehouses with a height of 12 meters, as well as a 5-floor reinforced concrete administrative building. ● Successfully executed the implementation of Cleanroom Infrastructure and Cleanroom facilities. ● Coordinated HVAC drawings with structural, electrical, steam, compressed air, and industrial sewage works. ● Managed and executed helicopter flooring works for manufacturing and warehouse halls. ● Prepared factory floors for the implementation of self-level epoxy layers. ● Implemented HVAC ducts, aligned with architectural and construction requirements, and suggested modifications in collaboration with electromechanical consultants. ● Established a network of electric cable trays and coordinated modifications for as-built requirements. ● Coordinated the operational processes to ensure timely procurement of necessary raw materials, including construction materials, subcontractors, and labor, for the establishment of King Salman National University's branch in Sharm El-Sheikh. ● Supervised the implementation of major buildings within the university campus, including the Faculty of Languages, Administration Building, College of Hospitality, and College of Architecture, as part of the project execution team comprising 12 engineers, over 70 workers, and technical experts, alongside more than 20 subcontractors under the ownership of the Engineering Authority of the Egyptian Armed Forces.
