In my current role as an Assistant Manager and Team Leader, I have led a team of over 10 CRM executives, managing more than 8,000 client profiles. My responsibilities have encompassed end-to-end customer journey management, including the creation of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), pre-registration of units with DLD, coordination of home orientation and handover processes, issuance of Title Deeds, and facilitating resales on both Oqood and Title Deed platforms.
