• Work closely with the main stakeholders, and the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) to implement activities with the beneficiaries; • Deliver and/or supervise the training of farmers and their employees in collaboration with Government extension officers; • Conduct participatory pre -assessments for crop planning; • Prepare detailed work plans including training schedules and manuals; • Plan, organize and manage the distribution of inputs to the farmers as required; • As required carry out or supervise relevant practical field activities such as soil testing, irrigation system installation and improved farming practices; • Ensure project activities are progressing on time, meeting targets, quality expectations and as per budget; • Facilitate positive relationships between the farmers and their employees, especially Syrian refugees; • Ensure that employees are fully aware of their rights are these are upheld by their employers; • Work closely with the other members of the livelihoods team to achieve the objectives; • Produce and submit timely progress reports;
