I joined the transit architecture team in the middle of 2015. I’ve worked in the Metro Purple Line Extension and the new designs of Los Angeles Union Station. I have done code research on variety of things ranging from stairs to elevator clearance and requirements. I’ve done QC for redline comments, I’ve created and modified standard metro details, and helped prepare drawings for submittals. I’ve helped render the final design of the station entrances in the Purple Line Extension. I was in charge of the team finalizing the 1st iteration of design development documents for Union Station and the intial 3d printing of Union Station.

Had to measure the new sites and gather all necessary information for plans. I helped make design decisions and draw up the plans, elevations, and 3d rendering for the projects I was assigned. I also dealt with plan checkers and city agencies in and around Los Angeles.

In charge of drawing details for orders, dealing with customers and suppliers, and aiding the construction team with CAD drawings and 3d modeling, and some field measuring.

In charge of measuring sites and tenant spaces. Also in charge of drawing floors plans. elevations, sections, details, etc. and rendering when neended. In charge of doing corrections for drawings, looking up building codes, dealing with city plan checkers, pulling permits and calling subconstractors.
