I am a legal professional with over a decade of experience within the Hungarian Defence Forces, currently serving as Head of Personnel (G1), responsible for personnel management, human resource administration and leadership support. My professional background combines legal expertise with practical leadership in personnel management within a complex institutional environment. Throughout my career I have worked at the intersection of legal regulation, personnel policy and organizational management, supporting leadership in navigating regulatory frameworks while maintaining effective personnel processes. In my current role, I focus on strengthening personnel management structures that support organizational effectiveness and operational capability.
