Restocking purchases and consumption control over a $1.5M inventory stock and production department’s administrator for a 3,000 sqft production shop.

Currently the sole person responsible for leading a team that must meet production deadlines of 20+ countertop installations a week for 10+ communities. Logging and maintaining tasks/punchouts to ensure they are being completed on time, which includes creating a daily schedule for teams of 10-15 employees. Responsible for facilitating calls and meetings with Lennar and GL Homes’ construction managers, as well as warranty departments, which includes creating and presenting progress reports using both quantitative and qualitative data methods. Continuously interacting with customers and seeing that their needs and concerns are met, problem solving, and conducting quality control.

Management of 10,000 sq ft produce warehouse and 4-7 crew leaders. This consisted of scheduling the packing crew and daily delivery routes for delivery teams. In charge of inventory control which included loading, unloading, order pulling, and product stocking with the use of forklifts and pallet jacks. Logistics and quality control through weekly inspections and reports.

I.T. technician in charge of setting up and maintaining the technical equipment used at events. Logistic executor and coordinator of public, private, and government, consisting of both indoor and outdoor. Product and personnel sourcing for a low-cost, high-quality experience.
