ENADS (NIGERIA) LTD was established in 1988 by the Late Dr. Adeyinka Abel Ola who was an outstanding Scholar in Chemical Engineering and an Alumni of Columbia University and Birmingham University. Dr. Adeyinka Ola, before retirement, later went on to head the three major Refineries at the NNPC namely - NPRC now PHRC, WRPC, & KRPC and was a strict enforcer of the Nigerian Local Content initiative where with partly owned HENI LTD combined forces with CHEVRON & BG-GROUP for prequalification of Foreign Vendors for the OKLNG project. Local content initiated by ENADS NIGERIA LTD is evident today at ATLAS COVE JETTY LAGOS, NIGERIAN LNG BONNY, EXXONMOBIL, etc & several in-country manufacturing/fabrication facilities such as at NIGERIAN FOUNDRIES, KABELMETAL, DORMANLONG, GRINAKER-LTA,etc. In 1992, ENADS formed Key strategic exclusive agreements with various divisions of the then FMC EUROPE/FMC Technologies. This successful partnership brought a world #2 ranking for after sales for ENADS/FMC Technologies business particularly in the Marine Loading Arms sector second to Saudi Arabia and a huge Africa Market presence of FMC Technologies Products. In 2008, FMC Measurement Systems joined this trend in forming similar exclusive agreements. In the Fire sector, ENADS and SIDES UTC of France formed exclusive Agency Agreements for the Nigeria Market also opening the door to Africa for SIDES UTC. FMC TECHNOLOGIES & ENADS NIGERIA LTD decade long agreement came to an end in December 2009. ENADS is supplying Oil & Gas EPC Services to the Africa Region with our vast experience in the Oil & Gas Sector. ENADS has now entered into a new era of transformation from Supplier to Manufacturer and is now investing in a manufacturing base for finished products for our Africa and international Clients.

HENI HOLDING LIMITED (a Consortium of Honeycomb Ventures Limited, ENADS Nigeria Limited and Nichem Ventures Limited – a commercial arm of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers) HENI was appointed by the sponsors of the Olokonla LNG (OKLNG-BG-GROUP-CHEVRON) to provide consultancy services to guide the OKLNG project on Nigerian Content issues.
