I'm responsible Supplier Quality Engineer of the electronic parts (harness, module, electronic cards ) in the New Ford Transit project-V710. As a result of the agile organizational structure. Below you can find some of my responsibilities: -Proactively monitor, manage and escalate significant issues inhibiting Supplier PPAP/launch risks - Represent and be supplier advocate in Cross-Functional Meetings - Drive resolution of supplier quality issues raised through AIMS (Automated Issues Management System). Lead containment, 8D follow up, ICA / PCA activity. In case of AIMS related to carry over parts engage Incoming Quality, Site or Resident STA engineers as necessary - Aggressively manage and review Phased PPAP status and timing plans to deliver on time Phase PPAP approvals - Train suppliers and cross functional team members, as required, on the Supplier Engagement Process and the APQP/PPAP (Advanced Product Quality Planning/Production Part Approval Process) Readiness Assessment.

- I take part in the establishment and audits of the AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, TL 9000, IATF 16949 System. - I am responsible for actively involved in the improvement of processes and audits. - I take part in risk studies. (PFMEA,5 WHY, 8D, Kinney) - Plan, conduct and follow-up on internal, external, customer and supplier audit. - I give 5S and Basic trainings. Also, I am the 5S Team leader. - Define and set up the protections to support and maintain an effective ESD control plan/program. - Management the ESD protection in the plant. - Ensure the efficiency of the ESD protections by using periodical and random ESD audit. - Applying ESD standarts by using ANSI/ESD S20.20. - Performing random measurement in EPA by using ground test measurement and static field measurement device .

- I am responsible for document creation and follow up.This document like procedure, Quality Manuel etc. - Analysis, development and implementation of quality processes required by design and production activities - I take part in risk studies. (DFMEA,FMEA,5 WHY, 8D,Fishbone) - Product and process control.
