Responsible for conducting technical audits across renewable energy projects (solar and wind), battery energy storage systems, green hydrogen, water desalination and CCGT-CCPP power plants. Oversee compliance from the design phase through to as‑built projects, including contractual (PPA, LTA, CTA), HSSE, and E&S requirements. Additionally, carry out electrical, mechanical, and civil‑engineering–based technical audits during both construction and O&M phases, prepare detailed audit reports, and present key findings and recommendations to senior management.

• Developed technical-commercial offers for grid, C&I, and residential scale li-ion and na-ion battery energy storage systems both for stationer and tractioner systems. • Designed industrial and residential PV systems using PVsyst and PVsol for hybrid projects. • Provided consultancy for energy efficient and carbon neutral projects, as well as grid level storage applications.

• Led business development and sales activities for energy storage systems, analyzing financial feasibility and total energy production. • Provided technical consultancy on energy storage projects, including identifying suitable technologies and suppliers. • Collaborated on hybrid ESS projects, preparing technical-commercial offers for flywheel, supercapacitors, and redox flow technologies.

• Technical, financial and process auditing in the fast track projects of “470 MW Tashkent Combined Cycle Power Plant (4xGE LM600 Gas Turbine, GE 2x1 Thermodyne Steam Turbine and 24 pieces Wartsila W20V34SG Gas Engines with 2 x Steam Turbine)” and “270 MW Bukhara Combine Cycle Power Plant (28 pieces Wartsilla W20V34SG Gas Engines with 2 x Steam Turbine)” which are constructed by Aksa Energy LCC in Tashkent and Bukhara regions. • Auditing contracts, progress payments, technical specifications, electrical calculations, MoS, BoD, quality documents, all invoices, allowances and respectively presenting of monthly technical-financial reports to the head administration for continuous improvement. • Analyzing Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Investment Agreement (IA) and Technical Conditions documents, which belong to National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan, to determine project conditions, quality requirements, possible incomes and penalties and to report minimum imperatives for all plant and 110 kV-220 kV air insulated switchyard areas respectively. • Conducting daily Gemba Walks and determine electrical quality unconformities or mismatches as per design drawings&calculations, quality documents and local and international standards and reporting them to technical office daily-weekly-monthly periods.

• Electrical field engineer in the project of “750 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant (4x125 MW GE 9E Gas Turbine)” which is committed by GE-ENKA co-operation in Basra/Iraq. My main job descriptions can be described as follows: • Conduct and coordinate inspections on site and determine quality control inspection test plan for electrical works (earthing/lightning, LV and HV systems, low voltage systems, electrical and I&C equipments, cathodic protection and heat tracing systems) • Prepare ITP documents and review the design of electrical products against ANSI/ UL / CSA / EN / IEC / ISO standards. • Execute and documentation of detailed electrical test plans, test cases, and follow up defect reports (NCR) and closing punch list. • Review and approve quality requirements of technical documents and quality plans. • Attend the internal or external walk-down organization with technical team and customer. • Keep record of inspection documents and prepare turnover packaging documents to hand on finished subsystem to the customer.

• Leading customer claims, creation of containment, preventive actions, follow up and finalize the action plan, measurement of actions’ efficiency • Perform electrical tests of low voltage switchboards as per IEC 61439-1-2 and join FAT with customers to lead their claims. • Auditing production lines and project offices regularly and reporting to Offer Quality Leader • Performing 6 Sigma and project applications • Performing Process Control Plan and applications • Carrying out FMEA and application & risk analysis • To be customer oriented culture and having knowledge about customer expectation standards • Focusing on continuous improvement process and product • Planing and applying surveillance tests to be ensure there is no deviation of the Offer characteristics, during all the Offer lifecycle and support for type tests • To coach and lead teams in identifying key input variable and developing process audits • Performing GR&R applications • Performing A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, cause & effect & 5why applications and having knowledge about them. • Implementing proper risk mitigation methods (Poke-yoke, Jidoka, SPC, etc...) To check and assess the process optimization and capability to ensure robustness in production • To create and implement SPC and challenge method and production on capability • Analyzing of MQDs by creating pareto charts for different headlines and taking killing actions for MQD in manufacturing side • Preparing reports monthly bases for plant and global • Organizing and participating in RTQ (review technical quality) and product review meetings. • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and knowledge about other management systems (HSE) • Working together with Production Team to improve FQC Operators’ technical knowledge • Implementing standard changings on products and processes, apply test methods regarding to International Standarts

- Responsible for sustainable and high quality electric energy among factories (Digital, High End, Center Factory), responsible for transformers, generators, UPS, compansation systems and all low voltage systems. - Strongly used CAD ,offices and SAP programs. - Power system analysis (short circuit), protective relaying, provide sustainable energy ( calculate the necessity of UPS, stand-by generator etc.), - Reporting of electrical risks, equipment documentation - Design offices and factory fields via climatization and enlightenment calculations comply with standarts ( IEC, CENELEC, VDE, TSE), - Technical supervising, preparing project reports, periodic, preventative and predictive maintenance reports and schedules. (medium and low voltage equipment and lines)

• Preparing electrical projects, calculations (thermal, magnetic etc.) and bid prices of oil immersed type distribution transformers which are up to 36 kV voltage level. Perform electrical tests of transformers as per IEC 60076 standards.
